These terms govern access to and use of the public website traceo-haccp.com (the “Website”), published by TRACEO HACCP, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of EUR 10,000, whose registered office is at 16 Hameau de Mesmeur, 29120 Tréméoc, France, SIREN 999 358 856 (“Traceo”).

They apply only to the Website. Subscriptions to the Traceo application, equipment, and related services are governed by the signed quotation, its commercial terms, and the Terms of Sale.

The Website is available free of charge, excluding any connection charges imposed by your provider. You must use compatible equipment and a compatible browser and take reasonable steps to keep them secure.

Traceo may modify, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, or service development. We aim to limit such interruptions but do not guarantee continuous availability.

The Website’s text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, graphic elements, software, and structure are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to Traceo or their respective owners.

You may view and share Website pages for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Any substantial reproduction, extraction, adaptation, publication, or exploitation requires Traceo’s prior written permission unless permitted by law.

Features, equipment, pricing, and availability shown on the Website may change. Only the accepted quotation and associated contractual documents define the subscribed offer.

The Website may link to third-party websites, shops, social networks, or services. Traceo does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Personal-data processing carried out through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies and storage are used only after your choice in the cookie manager, available from the footer.

To the extent permitted by law, Traceo is not liable for damage caused by use contrary to these terms, the user’s equipment or network, a third-party service, or a temporary interruption of the Website. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by French law. Before bringing a claim, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Any mandatory rules that apply remain unaffected.
