Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to the Traceo HACCP app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Traceo HACCP (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. We strongly recommend reading them carefully before using the Application.

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions is not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider works to keep the Application as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for certain services at any time and for any reason. Any cost related to the Application or its services will always be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes the personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the Application secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may expose your device to malware, weaken its security features, and prevent the Application from working properly.

Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for every aspect of the Application's use. Some features require an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function properly because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or because you have used all of your mobile data.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi zone, the terms of your mobile provider still apply. You may therefore be charged for mobile data usage or other third-party fees related to the Application. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including roaming fees if you use the Application outside your usual territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the person responsible for paying for the device being used, we assume that you have obtained that person's permission.

Likewise, the Service Provider cannot always be held responsible for how you use the Application. You are responsible for making sure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you can no longer access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

Although the Service Provider works to keep the Application up to date and accurate, some information depends on third parties. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from relying entirely on the Application's functionality.

The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain features or services. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data and deliver functionalities. The Service Provider ensures that all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit the user experience.

The Service Provider may decide to update the Application at any time. The Application is currently available according to the requirements of the relevant operating system, and these requirements may change if the Service Provider decides to extend availability to other systems. You may need to download updates in order to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to remain relevant to you or compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to install any updates offered to you. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application and end its availability at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, when the service ends, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms end; and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

The Service Provider may update these terms of use from time to time. You are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any update by posting the new terms on this page.
